R.K GUPTA, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Rajinder Kumar Gupta, B.Sc. M.A(Mathematics) son of late Sh. M.C. Gupta, also holds diploma in PlasticsTechnology. Through years of wide reading, including business newspapers,technical journals in books, Mr. Gupta amassed amazing knowledge andinformation on industrial trends and technology needs prevalent in India andAfro-Asian countries. He founded SBP Consultants and Engineers (P) Ltd. in 1971and has been a driving force behind its role as the industrial catalyst. Well-traveledworldwide and a man with mission, Mr. Gupta pioneered the concept of low cost,multi-client, off-the-shelf prefeasibility reports, which gave a unique role ofdefinition to SBP. He has been instrumental in sourcing advanced technologiesfrom developed countries and making it available for Indian entrepreneurs andcorporates.

Today SBP is affiliated with/member of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) and a number of Chambers of commerce,both national and international, for his illustrious contribution to industry.He has been frequently written about in leading newspapers and journals. He has addressed various gatherings of entrepreneurs under different forums andappeared on TV a number of times. His pioneering work in the field of industrial development has been well received by various industrial leaders and bureaucrats.

A. DASGUPTA (PROJECT CONSULTANT)

Dr. A. Dasgupta is a chemical technologist with an experience of more than forty years in R&D and engineering consultancy. He was associated with government of India research station under Min. of Irrigation, National council of cement and building materials, Industrial Consulting Bureau, Usha Martin Industries. Dr. Dasguptais working in SBP consultants and Engineers Pvt. Ltd. for 15 years.

ASIM SHUKLA (PROJECT CONSULTANT)

Completed his B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering) from IIT Kanpur in 1969. Having more than 35 years experience in the field of Research and Development, Production, Project Management Project Consultancy and Market Surveys. Some of the specific areas of experience have been in Soyabean processing. Precipitated and activated calcium carbonate,Nylon extrusion and Mineral water. Have been associated with several project consultancy companies in setting up projects both for public and private sector. Visited Austria, Netherlands in connection with Technology transfer and Project implementation. Authored several books in the field of Small Scale Industries, Plastic Processing and Herbal Products etc.

AFAQUE ALAM (ASSOCIATE PROJECT CONSULTANT)

With rich and fairy long experience of computer operations and various applications he is an asset of this Project Consultancy Company. Besides regular activities of Project report preparation, Communication with clients, Marketing, he has been instrumental in enhancing the reach and quality of our website enabling to provide more and more satisfaction to our esteemed clients through the series of SBP during last so many years. Mr. Alam also designs and updates SBPs Monthly Magazine Chemical Digest.
